Should your primary-care doctor or attorney request it, Dr. Spiegel can provide an independent medical evaluation and return it in a timely manner. He will keep communication lines open, provide complete documentation, and be readily available to consult. If you feel unsure about a diagnosis, he can also provide an expert second opinion.

Advanced Diagnostic Testing:

Our center uses only state-of-the-art diagnostic testing equipment. This includes electroencephalogram(EEG) testing that accurately measures your brain activity. In addition, Dr. Spiegel uses Electromyogram and Nerve Conduction Studies (EMG/NCV) to determine which muscles or nerves may have malfunctioned.

Onsite Physical Therapy:

In order to complete your rehabilitative care, we offer convenient Onsite Physical Therapy with licensed professionals using advanced therapeutic equipment. This allows Dr. Spiegel to monitor your progress closely as you recover.

DRX900 Spinal Decompression – A Surgery Free Solution for Herniated Discs:

Many people with herniated discs prefer trying non-surgical solutions to treat the pain. Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy:

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) treats long-lasting degenerative health problems related to poor blood flow and the inability to deliver oxygen throughout the body. HBOT works successfully on numerous medical conditions, such as brain strokes and reflex sympathetic dystrophy (RSD). Often, HBOT allows patients to switch to less addictive pain relief medications or even stop taking them altogether.

Diagnostic Testing for Dizziness and Vertigo:

Feeling dizzy and light-headed could be due to an issue with your balance system – in the inner ear, for example. Patients begin feeling better after we diagnose their problem using Computerized Video Electronystagmography (VENG) and Computerized Dynamic Balance (CDB) testing and create an effective treatment plan.

Computerized Vestibular Rehabilitation Therapy (CVRT) and Balance Training:

CVRT Therapy is part of our Balance and Fall Prevention Program. Our patients have fully recovered their sense of balance, increased their muscle strength, and even found that their joints grew more flexible.
